Patricia W. Buckman Realtor, Principle Broker, CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), Pres.	Patricia W. Buckman (R) PB, CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), and President. Patricia is our Principle Broker and founder of Island Properties. She has successfully completed the CIPS Courses Asia/Pacific and International Real Estate, Investing and Financial Analysis, The Americas and International Real Estate, and Europe and International Real Estate. She is a 40 plus year resident of Honolulu, Hawaii. She came to Hawaii as a teenager, received her bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii and later her master's after living in Sydney, Australia for 2 years. She has been active and full time in Real Estate for 34 years. Pat has traveled extensively in Asia and South East Asia many times and has clients (and references) from all over the world. S. Keala Pitman Realtor Associate	S. Keala Pitman (RA), joined Island Properties in early 2003.  Keala was born and raised in Hawaii on East Oahu and is very familiar with the islands.
